Maximize visibility of your company or organization by advertising in the Communities In Schools 2007 National Conference Program Book. The Program Booklet will serve as a resource guide for conference attendees, including CIS partners, national education organizations, federal agencies, corporations and others, offering year-round exposure.

Sponsors and exhibitors can purchase ad space in the 2007 CIS Conference program and exhibit guide booklet. This document will be distributed on site in the conference packet to all registered attendees. The booklet will be published as a resource—offering year-round business exposure and recognition to advertisers.

Ad Copy Deadline

Payment and advertisement layout, logo, company descriptions and/or other relevant materials must be received on or before Wednesday, August 7, 2007, to guarantee placement in the conference program and exhibit guide. Ads received after that date are not guaranteed placement. Advertisement layouts are only accepted according to CIS specifications and requirements.

Art submission: All ads will be black and white. Advertisers should submit a highresolution PDF file with crop marks (and bleed marks, if necessary) indicated in the PDF. All fonts must be embedded in the PDF and all files must use grayscale high-resolution images. The recommended setting is PDF/X-1a (Acrobat Distiller or InDesign).
